After several visits to Florida with the family I decided it was the place where I wanted to invest in a property abroad. I started by looking on the internet and contacted several different property agents based in Florida and eventually found one who I wanted to work with to assist me in my property purchase.

2. Advice for others on buying

Research – you can’t do enough! Speak to several different property agents and IFA’s before committing to paying the reservation fee. View the same property with a couple of different property agents to get the best discount. Speak to No1 Currency as soon as you have secured your property. 3. The money transfer
