Order fulfilment times may vary depending on the currency selected. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Please note: we hold most major currencies like the Euro and US Dollar in stock, so we anticipate these orders will be ready in-store within 1 working day. Other currencies may need to be ordered in and should be in-store within 4 working days.

When to buy Hungarian forints?

To get the best exchange rate for Hungarian forint, it is a good idea to monitor the GBP to HUF exchange rate before your trip. By buying your travel money in advance, you’ll know the exact forint exchange rate you are going to get. If you are using ATMs in Budapest or other areas of Hungary you may not get the same exchange rate.

How can I pay for my travel money in-store?

You can pay for your foreign currency using cash or card in most of our stores. Although, some agent locations only accept cash.

If you’ve order using Click & Collect, please check the accepted payment methods for your collection point on the order confirmation email or by calling the store directly.

Please note: if paying by credit card that some banks may charge a cash advance fee for purchasing travel money.

How to complete my Click & Collect order?

When you are notified that order is ready for collection, please bring the following with you to complete your Click & Collect order in-store:
– Your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone)
– Your payment method
– Valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence)
– Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days)

Please note: most of our own stores accept both cash and card, but some of our agents only accept cash. Before completing your order in-store, please check the payment details information on your order confirmation emails or by calling the store directly.
