Who can I contact about my travel money order?

When will my Click & Collect order be ready?

Order fulfilment times may vary depending on the currency selected. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Please note: we hold most major currencies like the Euro and US Dollar in stock, so we anticipate these orders will be ready in-store within 1 working day. Other currencies may need to be ordered in and should be in-store within 4 working days.

How much currency can I order online?

Using our Click & Collect service, you can order up to £3,000 worth of foreign currency. Using our Home Delivery service, you can order up to £2,500 worth of foreign currency.

If you’d like to order more than £3,000 worth of currency please call our customer service team on 0800 8400 2886. Please note: if ordering over the phone a minimum order of £200 applies.
