1. 1. These terms and conditions apply to the No1 Currency website [www.no1currency.com] and till receipt Customer Research Survey Competition (the “Competition”).
   2. Promoter: The promoter is  Currency Exchange Corporation Limited, registered in England and Wales under number 3700689. Its registered office is located at 15 Galena Road, Hammersmith, London, W6 0LT and VAT number is 244 9457 78. . In these terms and conditions “we”, “us”, “our” means the promoter.
   3. Eligible Entrants: The prize for the winner of the Competition is an iPad mini. To become eligible to enter, simply complete the Customer Research Survey being conducted on the Survey Monkey website, including providing contact details. It is necessary to complete Customer Research Survey in order to enter into the Competition.
   4. Number of Entries: Only one entry will be submitted per eligible person and customers must be residents of the United Kingdom and over the age of 18 years old.
   5. Eligible Entry Forms: Only Customer Research Survey participants who complete in full the survey and provide contact information will be considered as valid entries for the Competition. Survey participants who do not provide their contact details or do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
   6. Choosing the Winner: One winner out of the eligible entrants will be selected in a random prize draw. The closing date for draw is the 31st December 2023. The draw will be conducted by us and winning entry will be selected at random. The winner of the Competition will be notified either by email or by phone after the draw, and the notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed. If the winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept the prize, or cannot be contacted within one week after the draw date, we reserve the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Our decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. By accepting the prize, the prize-winner grants the Promoter the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as the Promoter may choose (including but not limited to the internet and social media) for advertising and promotional purposes without payment.
   7. Conditions of Prize: The prize does not include any costs associated with taking the prize. The prize is not transferable.  We shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from enjoyment of the prize. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, we exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
      1. any postponement or cancellation of any draw to which these terms and conditions relate;
      2. any change to, supply of, or use of the prize;
      3. any act or default of any third party supplier, or
      4. the supply or non-supply or purported supply or delay in supply of the prize, including without limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or use the prize, which is beyond our reasonable control.
   8. Personal Data: By entering the Competition you consent to us processing your personal information for the purposes of administering this competition. We will use your information in accordance with all applicable Data Protection legislation, and take all reasonable precautions to keep personal information secure and to protect it under our security policies and procedures. Personal information will not be shared or used for any other purpose except as stated above unless we are required, or permitted to do so, as a result of any governmental laws and regulations, by a court order or to any business or persons to whom we transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement. You are entitled to ask us as a controller of the data to supply you with any personal information that we hold about you by writing to us. We will delete any incorrect information or correct any errors in any of the personal data that come to our notice.    9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Competition.
