Yes, it’s available on all the currencies we sell.

Can I purchase the Buy Back Guarantee after buying my currency?

No, the Buy Back Guarantee must be bought at the same time you purchase the currency from us.

Is there a maximum amount of currency I can return with the Buy Back Guarantee?

Yes. The maximum amount you can sell back at your original rate is £500, or your initial foreign currency purchase value if it is less than £500.

If you buy more than £500 worth of currency with a Buy Back Guarantee, only £500 will be eligible to be sold back at the original rate. Any remaining currency can still be exchanged, but it will be at the board rate available on the day.

Are there any restrictions on the currency I can return?

We are not able to buy back any coins, damaged or outmoded notes and we reserve the right to refuse certain note denominations unless these denominations were provided in the initial purchase.
