To complete your Click & Sell ordered online, you’ll need to bring:
– Order confirmation email (on your phone or printed)
– The currency you’d like to sell
– Valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence)
– Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
For Click & Sell transactions, we normally pay you for your currency in cash. For large amounts we may be able to offer a bank transfer service, please contact our customer service team to discuss on 0800 840 2886 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or email us on [email protected]
No. It can be printed or on your phone/tablet.
You can sell up to 4 currencies in a Click & Sell order.
The maximum Click & Sell order value is £3,000, for orders above this amount please call 0800 840 2886 (Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm) or email us on [email protected]
The store opening times will be in your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can use our store locator to check the opening hours of your nearest store.
Please note: the opening hours may vary on bank holidays, or sometimes we’ll need to close the store briefly to give our team the appropriate breaks. A sign will displayed to let you know when the store will reopen again.
