Placing an order
To sell currency with Click & Sell, simply place your order online and then exchange in-store.
Placing an online order
1. Create your order
By selecting the amount of currency you want to sell and your nearest collection
2. Enter your details
Enter your name, email address, and phone number
3. Order confirmation
Review your order. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email stating these details.
To complete your Click & Sell order in-store, you’ll need your confirmation email and the banknotes you want to exchange. You may also be asked to provide proof of ID and address.
Please note: banknotes which are defaced/badly damaged or out of circulation will not be accepted. We also do not accepted coins or very small value banknotes.

You can sell up to 4 currencies in a Click & Sell order.
Exchanging currency in-store
To complete your Click & Sell ordered online, you’ll need to bring:
– Order confirmation email (on your phone or printed)
– The currency you’d like to sell
– Valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence)
– Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
Banknotes which are defaced, badly damaged or out of circulation will not be accepted. We also do not accepted coins or very small value banknotes.
For Click & Sell transactions, we normally pay you for your currency in cash. For large amounts we may be able to offer a bank transfer service, please contact our customer service team to discuss on 0331 630 3200 or email us on [email protected]
No. It can be printed or on your phone/tablet.
The store opening times will be in your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can use our store locator to check the opening hours of your nearest store.
Please note: the opening hours may vary on bank holidays, or sometimes we’ll need to close the store briefly to give our team the appropriate breaks. A sign will displayed to let you know when the store will reopen again.
