How will I receive my pounds from my Click & Sell order?

For Click & Sell transactions, we normally pay you for your currency in cash. For large amounts we may be able to offer a bank transfer service, please contact our customer service team to discuss on [email protected]

How to Click & Sell works?

To sell currency with Click & Sell, simply place your order online and then exchange in-store.

Placing an online order:
1. Create your order
By selecting the amount of currency you want to sell and your nearest collection

2. Enter your details
Enter your name, email address, and phone number

3. Order confirmation
Review your order. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email stating these details.

To complete your Click & Sell order in-store:
You’ll need your confirmation email and the banknotes you want to exchange. You may also be asked to provide proof of ID and address.

Note: Our Click & Sell rate excludes Euro 500 notes. Different rates apply. We do not accept damaged notes, coins, or very low-value banknotes.
