Placing an order
Once your currency order has been dispatched, we will send you a second email to confirm that it is on its way. We send all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery so you should receive your currency the following working day (this can be a Saturday). If your order has not arrived within this time period, please call our customer support team who will assist you on 0330 124 7380 or email us on [email protected]

We offer free delivery on travel money orders over £800, or a small delivery charge of £6.95 for orders below £800.
Yes, you can place your order up to 10 days in advance and schedule the day you would like to receive it.
No, for security reasons your home and billing address must match.
Yes, use our Click & Collect service for in-store collection.
The quickest way to purchase travel money from us is in store; you can find your nearest branch by visiting our store locator. Alternatively, you can use our Click & Collect service to secure our best rate, then collect & pay at your nearest store. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. We hold major currencies like the Euro and US Dollar in stock, so we anticipate these orders will be ready for collection within 1 working day. Other currencies may need to be ordered in and should be ready for collection within 4 working days.
Receiving an order
Next day delivery is offered on all euros and US dollars ordered before noon. When ordering another currency, if it’s in stock it will be immediately dispatched for next day delivery. Occasionally, your currency may need to be ordered in, this can take up to 4 days. Once ready, your currency will be immediately dispatched for delivery.
Yes, someone from your household needs to be home to sign for your order.
Cancelling or amending an order
If you’d like to cancel your order please call us on 0330 124 7380 or email us on [email protected]
Please note: once you have completed your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled except with our agreement. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £10.
We also can not guarantee that you will obtain the same exchange rate at which the order was placed, and the delivery charge is non-refundable.
